§ 37.02 PAYMENT OF EXPENSES TO MEETINGS AND FUNCTIONS.
   The Common Council is authorized to budget and appropriate funds to pay the expenses of duly- authorized representatives to attend the meetings and functions of organizations to which the municipality belongs.
