§ 34.15 CABLE EDUCATIONAL ACCESS BOARD.

(A) A Cable Educational Access Board shall be established consisting of seven voting members. Five members shall be named by the Mayor, one member shall be a representative from the City Council, and one member shall be a representative from the Board of Public Works and Safety.

(B) An Advisory Board shall be established numbering 20 individuals. Said Advisory Board shall have no voting authority but shall make recommendations to the voting members of the Cable Access Board.
