§ 93.115 APPLICABILITY TO AERONAUTICAL SERVICES.

Any person, partnership, corporation, or group of individuals desiring to provide one or more aeronautical services using Mettel Field, Connersville Airport or any portion thereof must adhere to these standards as a minimum requirement to establish such service.
