§ 93.106 APPLICABILITY OF FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL RULES AS TO AIRCRAFT OPERATION.
   This subchapter of the airport rules and regulations, shall in no way be construed to exempt flying clubs or similar operations (partnerships, co- operatives, non-profit enterprises and the like) from the federal, state, and local rules and regulations as appropriate to the operations of aircraft.
