§ 93.067 AUTHORITY OF AIRPORT BOARD TO IMPOSE FEES AND CHARGES.

The Board of Aviation Commissioners shall have the right to charge a reasonable fee for any services provided at the airport, as well as to negotiate and regulate adequate charges with other concerns and individuals who may provide charter service, scheduled service, instruction and plane rentals, and the like at the airport.
