§ 93.065 FUELING OR DEFUELING OF AIRCRAFT.
   No aircraft shall be fueled or defueled while passengers are on board the aircraft unless, where required, a passenger loading ramp is in position at the cabin door of the aircraft. The cabin door must be in the unlatched position. No other persons except those servicing the aircraft and its occupants will be permitted within 50 feet of an aircraft during refueling. No refueling will be done while engines are running.
