§ 93.054 IMPROPERLY PARKED AIRCRAFT.
   At the request of the airport management, the owner, his agent, or the pilot of any aircraft parked or stored at the airport shall move the aircraft to another location when the Airport Manager deems it necessary in the interest of public safety or for the convenience or necessity of airport operations. In the event the person having control over the aircraft is not reasonably available at the airport, or upon refusal of the person to comply with such request after reasonable notice, then the Airport Manager shall have the right to have the aircraft towed to the specified location at the owner’s expense and without any liability should damage result therefrom.
