No person shall navigate any aircraft, land upon the airport, fly same from the airport, service, maintain, or repair any aircraft on the airport, or conduct any aircraft operations on or from the airport in any manner not in conformity with the current federal air regulations, regulations prescribed by the State Aeronautics Commission, or the rules and regulations pertaining to operations on the airport.
