§ 93.028 RESTRICTED AREA.

No person shall operate any mobile vehicle or equipment on the aircraft loading aprons, aircraft landing area, taxiway, or beyond the fence line, with the exception of one person assigned to duty therein, or two persons with authorization of the airport management.
