No person shall conduct gambling in any form or operate gambling devices anywhere on the airport. No person shall destroy, injure, or deface property of the airport. No person shall commit any disorderly, obscene, indecent, or unlawful act or commit any nuisance on the airport or in the hangars. Positively no intoxicating liquor or drugs will be consumed on the premises. No pilot, crew member, or passengers are allowed to operate aircraft on the airport while under the influence of liquor or drugs.
