(A) The airport management, City Council, Board of Aviation Commissioners, or employees thereof, will not assume any responsibility for damage to the property of persons stored therein or thereon when using the airport facilities, by reason of fires, theft, vandalism, wind storm, flood, earthquake, or collision; nor do they assume any liability by reason of injury to persons while on the airport or while using the facilities of the airport.
(B) Any person or persons causing damage or destruction of airport property shall be fully responsible therefor.
