§ 93.004 AIRPORT MANAGER.
   All persons on any part of the property comprising the airport shall be governed by the regulations prescribed herein and by orders and instructions of the Airport Manager relative to the use or occupation of any part of the property comprising the airport, particularly as shall be required in any emergency or as the public necessity shall demand.
