§ 92.02 AUTHORITY OF COMMITTEE.
   The City Cemetery Committee shall have charge, control, and management of the city cemetery, together with the approaches thereto. However, the acts of the City Cemetery Committee shall be subject to the confirmation and approval of the Common Council.
