§ 91.059 POISONING ANIMALS.
   No person shall expose any known poisonous substance, whether mixed with food or not, so that it shall be liable to be eaten by any animal. However, it shall not be unlawful for a person to expose on his own property common rat or mouse poison, unmixed or mixed only with vegetable substances. Persons who violate this section shall be subject to a fine as set forth in § 91.999.
