§ 91.034 TERM OF PERMIT.

The commercial animal establishment permit period shall begin on January 1 and shall run for one year. Applicants requiring a permit during the year shall pay a prorated fee for the remaining portion of the year. Applications must be made within ten days of the establishment of a commercial animal establishment.
