§ 91.008 DISPOSITION OF ALL COLLECTED FUNDS.

All fees or moneys collected by the city police pursuant to this chapter or for city tax or for city tags sold at the Animal Shelter under this chapter shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer. Money so paid shall be placed in a special fund and shall be used in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
