§ 91.007 DUTIES OF CITY POLICE.

It shall be the duty of every city police officer to aid, assist, and carry out the enforcement of this chapter unless otherwise provided. It shall be the responsibility of the Chief of Police or the Chief’s representative who was chosen to serve on the Animal Control Commission to inform the department of all policies, principles and standards of the Animal Control Commission.
