(A) Weekly. Rotation will begin on Sunday at 12:00 midnight to the following Sunday at 12:00 midnight and will follow in alphabetical order with no substitutions.
(B) Consideration. Courtesy calls, consensual tows, canceled calls and motor club calls will not cause a tower to lose the next position on a “by call” rotation method. Towers canceled will simply receive the next call.
