A municipality will consider their release costs that occur during the towing and storage procedure. When a vehicle is impounded, a policy inventory report fee of $15 is assessed to the vehicle owner before the vehicle is released. The police officer at the scene will complete a tow inventory with every impounded vehicle towed.
