(A) This chapter identifies and defines the basic rotation procedures, storage and related service categories used by the city for the purpose of police or other public authority towing.
(B) The purpose of this chapter is to provide information to identify, defined, collect and have an interpretation of the municipal towing services and procedures. It will assist by improving efficiency of other city departments while enhancing public safety.
