§ 31.11 MEETING MINUTES TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO PUBLIC.

All copies of minutes of the Common Council and ordinances, if available in advance of the meeting, shall be made available to all news media without charge, and to any other citizen of the city or other interested party upon payment of the copying costs.
