Any person that has violated or continues to violate §§ 54.25 et seq. shall be liable to criminal prosecution to the fullest penalty of not less than $25 per violation per day, and not exceeding $1,000 per day, in which any such violation shall continue, shall be deemed a separate offense, and/or imprisonment for a period of time as determined by law. The authorized enforcement agency may recover all attorneys fees, court costs and other expenses associated with enforcement of §§ 54.25 et seq., including sampling and monitoring expenses.
