(A) Body camera footage fee: $50 - 150.
(B) The police department shall charge a minimum fee of $50 for body camera footage. Fees shall be based on the length of the video: $50 for videos less than 30 minutes, $100 for videos lasting 30 - 60 minutes and with a maximum fee of $150 for videos lasting more than 60 minutes. Monies collected as a result of this fee shall be deposited into the Body Camera Fund.
