§ 54.06 STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN.

The storm water pollution prevention plan including erosion and sediment control measures shall meet the requirements contained in Rule 5, the Connersville Drainage Standards Manual, and the Indiana Storm Water Quality Manual.
