§ 53.06 DISPOSAL.

The largest part of any solid waste being disposed of shall have been generated in the Fayette County Solid Waste District and shall not contain any hazardous, toxic or special wastes as defined by Indiana Law. All persons disposing of solid waste will sign an affidavit to that effect.
