§ 52.06 RATES AND CHARGES.
   Every property owner now receiving or hereafter receiving water service or sewage service outside the corporate limits of the city shall pay for the services in accordance with the ordinances fixing rates for the services which shall then be in effect or which shall thereafter be in effect when the services are rendered, or in accordance with any contract duly executed and approved as by law required between the applicant and the city.
