§ 52.05 APPROVED APPLICATION TO BE RECORDED.
   Whenever any application is approved, the Utility Service Board shall cause the application to be duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder, and after recording, shall file the original copy of the application in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer.
