§ 52.03 WHEN APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION TO BE MADE TO UTILITY SERVICE BOARD.
   In cases other than those set forth in § 52.02, application for extension of such services shall be made to the Utility Service Board of the city, and approved or disapproved by the Board in accordance with the current resolution of the Common Council.
