Any additional territory which becomes subject to the rules and regulations of the Fayette County Area Plan Commission shall be automatically zoned A-1 Prime Agriculture District unless otherwise changed by amendment to this chapter; provided, that in the event of annexation of lands to the city which is already within the jurisdiction of the Commission, the zoning classification existing at the time of annexation shall remain unless changed by amendment procedures.
