(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be fined as follows, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction:
(1) Not more than $2,500 for a first violation of the ordinance; and
(2) Not more than $7,500 for a second or subsequent violation of the ordinance.

(B) Any parent or parents, person or persons found guilty of violating § 130.02 of this chapter shall upon conviction for the first offense be fined in any sum not exceeding $10 and costs. On conviction for any second or subsequent offense therefor, the person shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $50 and costs.
