Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for such offense. Each day such violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. Any business activity violating this chapter shall be subject to expulsion from the city. The Police Department and such other persons as authorized by the Board of Public Works and Safety are hereby authorized to enforce this section.
