§ 114.10 FARMERS' MARKETS EXEMPT.
   Farmers who sell fruit, vegetables, and other farm produce grown and raised by themselves shall be exempt from the city license requirement for sales conducted at a designated farmers' market. Flowers and plants are not exempt under this chapter.
