§ 113.04 SALES TO MINORS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to sell, give, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any item, effect, paraphernalia, accessory, or thing, as described in § 113.01, in any form to any male or female child under 18 years of age.
