§ 112.09 AUTHORITY OF PLAN COMMISSION, BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.
   This chapter shall not affect the powers of the Plan Commission of the city as defined by law, and shall not affect the powers of the Board of Zoning Appeals as defined by law.
