§ 112.05 PERMIT FEE.
   When a permit is granted by the Common Council, the petitioner for the permit shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer a fee of $100 for the use of the General Fund of the city. When any permit is denied, no petition shall be filed for a permit on the same real estate or any part thereof for a period of one year.
