The company shall be deemed to have forfeited and abandoned all rights and privileges conferred by this chapter, and this chapter shall be null and void and of no force and effect, unless the company, within 30 days after adoption hereof, files with the Clerk- Treasurer its written acceptance of the rights and privileges hereby conferred and with the terms, conditions, and restrictions hereby imposed.
