If the company violates any of the terms, conditions, or provisions of this chapter, or if the company fails to comply with any reasonable provision of any ordinance of the city, and should the company continue to violate the same for a period of 30 days after the company has been notified in writing by the city to desist from the violation, the company, at the city’s option, may be deemed to have forfeited and annulled all the rights and privileges of this chapter.
