As a condition of this chapter, the company agrees that neither it nor its agents or subsidiaries will engage in the business of the sale, rental, or repair of television or radio receivers to or for the public. Any service furnished by the company to the subscriber shall terminate at the point of connection of the company’s facilities to the subscriber’s receiver.
