§ 110.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   For a response to the excessive false alarm signals of the Police Department, the following fines shall be assessed:

      (1)   $25 for the first false alarm signal in excess of three false alarm signals in any 12-month period;

      (2)   $50 for the second false alarm signal in excess of three false alarm signals in any 12-month period;

      (3)   $100 for the third false alarm signal in excess of three false alarm signals in any 12-month period.

   (B)   For a response to excessive false alarms signals of the Fire Department, the following fines shall be assessed:

      (1)   $100 for the first false alarm fire signal in excess of three false alarms signals in any 12-month period.

      (2)   $200 for the second false alarm signal in excess of three false alarms signals in any 12-month period.

      (3)   $300 for the third and each successive false alarm signal in excess of three false alarm signals in any 12-month period.
