§ 110.27 FEES AND CHARGES TO GO TO DEDICATED FUND.
   (A)   Fees paid to file an application for the permit described in this subchapter, and all charges relative to false alarms shall be paid directly to the police. All other fees shall be paid to the alarm agent. All fees paid directly to the police shall be dedicated, cumulatively, for the upgrading of response by the police to burglary, hold-up, and robbery alarms. This dedication shall include the acquisition of appropriate equipment and related paraphernalia pertaining thereto. The office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the city shall maintain in its records his dedicated fund on a cumulative basis. The Alarm Board without further authority shall be entitled to require expenditures from the dedicated fund as necessary to implement and carry out the intent of this section.
   (B)   All charges relative to false fire alarms shall be paid directly to the Fire Department and shall be dedicated, cumulatively, for the upgrading and purchase of fire fighting equipment and related paraphernalia pertaining thereto. The office of the City Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain in its records this dedicated fund on a cumulative basis. The Alarm Board with further authority shall be entitled to require expenditures from the dedicated fund as necessary to implement and carry out the intent of this section.
