(A)
Any for profit entity that desires to advertise or publish events that will take place at Roberts’ Park shall pay a fee of $10 per day to the Parks Department which fee shall be payable 10 days in advance, and said advertisement or publication shall take place no more than 30 days before or 30 days after the scheduled event.
(B) The amounts of fees collected shall be deposited in a non-reverting fund within the Parks Department budget and shall be used for maintenance of the sign only.
