§ 99.09 CONTROL OF SWIMMING POOL BY CITY.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby authorized and directed to control the operation of the swimming pool, its charges and uses, and further to control the use, charges, and operation of all buildings within the limits of the park.
