(A) The Little League Ball Park is hereby declared to be a part of the park system of the city.
(B) That all public parks owned by the city, including Ohio Valley Soccer Complex, John Conner Nature Preserve, J. Long Memorial 2nd Street Park, Industrial Park, Offutt’s Park, Roberts Park, Frazee Park, River’s Edge Park and Sports Complex.
