§ 98.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Each day a nuisance continues unabated shall constitute a separate offense. Any person violating this chapter may be fined not less than $25 nor more than $2,500.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 98.49 may be fined up to $100 per day by the court.
