§ 98.48 FAILURE OF OWNER TO ABATE NUISANCE.
   Whenever the owner of a dangerous building fails to abate the nuisance within the time designated by the Board of Public Works and Safety, cannot be found, or refuses to abate the public nuisance, the Board of Public Works and Safety is authorized to direct the City Attorney to file suit to abate the public nuisance.
