§ 95.02 FIRE PREVENTION CODE INSPECTOR.
   (A)   There is created in the city, in the Fire Department, the office of Fire Prevention Code Inspector, whose duty it will be to enforce the fire prevention code of the city under the supervision and control of the Fire Chief.
   (B)   The Fire Prevention Code Inspector shall be designated by the Fire Chief and shall be a member of the Fire Department.
