§ 95.01 ADOPTION OF FIRE PREVENTION CODE BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   Official regulation no. 7 of the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, adopted pursuant to IC 22-13-2-2 and as hereafter amended from time to time, is hereby declared to be the fire prevention code of the city.
   (B)   The Fire Chief and the Fire Department members are hereby directed to enforce the provisions of the fire prevention code.
