§ 50.19 SURCHARGE.

Owners of any lot, parcel of real estate, and/or building improvement located outside the limits of the boundaries of the city, and using the waterworks, will pay a water surcharge of 25% for all charges pertaining to water usage, water taps and hydrant rental, but excluding the fire protection surcharge.
