§ 39.39 LANDFILL REMEDIATION TRUST FUND.
   The balance of the amount of $275,000 in the city’s Remediation Trust Fund is hereby directed to be held in a restricted fund for the purpose of environmental remediation of the City Landfill to remedy contamination which may occur now or in the future at said site.
