§ 39.35 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX FUND.
   There is created an Economic Development Income Tax Fund into which shall be deposited all revenues received by the city from the imposition of the Economic Development Income Tax and from which Fund due appropriation by the fiscal body shall be made in accordance with Indiana law.
